2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 bundle(6 oz)whole-wheat or normal chicken-flavored stuffing mix
1 cup chopped, peeled off apple
1/4 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1/2 cup apple jelly
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
