Pros and Cons:  Easy to use with simple one-dial controls per burner with “on” and “ready” indicator lights.  Easy-to-clean brushed stainless steel finish with independently controlled cast-iron burner plates for quick and slow heating.  Portable and works very much like a regular stove. Well built and rugged which make it durable.  It does not emit heat so will not heat up your house.  It takes a little while to reach  the required temperature but as long as it is planned this is not a big deal.  It remains quite hot for sometime after turning off, so you need to be careful while working with it.  It is good if you have the pans or cooking utensils are of same size as of the burner plates for quick and even heating.
