This chocolate pudding is an ultimate fusion of chocolate en-wrapped strawberry flavor, with the softness of cream. The silky smooth chocolate covers the delectable strawberry flavor and the soft creamy texture of the pudding for that ultimate sensation of aroma and taste you would love to linger on.
To add some extra zing and make your diet dessert more appealing, you can decorate it with fresh mint sprigs or sliced strawberries and garnish the pudding with a blob of fluffed cream.
Things You Require
Sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
2 cups soy milk or low-fat milk
1- 1/2 cups low-fat whipped cream
1/2 cup chopped strawberries(fresh or canned)
1 teaspoon strawberry-flavored extract
Few drops red food coloring
How To Make
Using milk prepare the pudding mix with the help of the instructions on the package and keep aside. In another mixing bowl, add chopped strawberries, whipped cream, strawberry extract and beat them for a second or 2, add the red food color depending on your preference.
Take a small dessert cup or glass, fill it with half of the pudding mix, then add strawberry flavored whipped cream. Layer the remaining pudding. Chill the cup in the refrigerator for an hour or so or until set. At the time of serving, add a blob of whipped cream topping and garnish with mint leaves and sliced strawberries for the fresh taste.
